Gram Vikas' team is distributed among the head office and the project areas.  The field staff are supported by functional teams in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation (PMED), Livelihoods, Education, Finance and Accounts, Information Technology (IT), Building Support Team (Engineers/Technicians), and Administration.
